The AIIMS Common Recruitment Examination (CRE-5) 2026 follows a multi-stage selection process to recruit eligible candidates for 1,484 Group B and Group C Non-Faculty posts. Candidates must successfully complete each stage to be considered for final appointment.

Selected candidates will receive salary according to the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) Pay Matrix.
