The Indian Navy has released the official notification for the 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme (Permanent Commission) for the January 2027 Course. Candidates applying for the Indian Navy 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme January 2027 Course must satisfy all eligibility requirements prescribed by the Indian Navy. Only eligible candidates meeting the nationality, marital status, educational qualification, JEE Main, and medical standards criteria will be considered for selection.

Additionally, candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in English in either Class 10 or Class 12. |
| JEE Main 2026 Requirement | Applicants must have appeared in JEE (Main) 2026 for B.E./B.Tech admissions. Shortlisting for the SSB Interview will be based on the JEE Main 2026 All India Common Rank List (CRL) published by NTA. | Medical Standards | Candidates recommended by the SSB Board must undergo the prescribed medical examination for the 10+2 (B.Tech) Entry Scheme. Candidates already declared medically fit for NDA/INA January 2027 Course are exempted from re-medical examination. No relaxation in medical standards is permitted under any circumstances. Requests for change of medical examination centre or hospital will not be entertained. |
| Narcotics Policy | Possession or consumption of narcotic substances is strictly prohibited. Candidates may be subjected to testing during SSB, medical examination, training, or service. Any candidate found using or possessing narcotics at any stage will be disqualified, debarred from joining, or removed from service as per Navy regulations. |

The selection process for the Indian Navy 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme January 2027 Course consists of multiple stages designed to assess the academic merit, personality, leadership qualities, and medical fitness of candidates.
