The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has launched an new initiative called Pratibha Setu—a talent bridge connecting high-potential UPSC candidates those who didn’t make the final cut with top employers in government, PSUs, and the private sector.
Who Can Benefit?
More than 10,000 candidates who appeared for major UPSC exams like:
- Civil Services Exam (IAS, IPS, etc.)
- Indian Forest Service (IFS)
- Combined Medical Services (CMS)
- Engineering Services (IES)
- Indian Economic & Statistical Services (IES/ISS)
- CDS & CAPF exams
These candidates gave permission to share their biodata with employers.
